David Chambers…. “I’m not suggesting that I teach you how to cook Christmas dinner although that will be the end result—it will be more about how to cook it in a different and exciting way to save time and effort so you can enjoy that special day without the usual stress of trying to feed an army. 2 Hours is all the time I will spend in the kitchen on Christmas morning – and that includes dessert!”
“Here are the dishes I will demonstrate and teach you how to prepare in advance so that you can enjoy your meal – whether you are feeding a family of 4 or a party of 12 merry-makers (and there won’t be a dry turkey breast or chewy leg in sight!)
The Christmas Menu
Salmon Marinated with Chablis and fresh herbs
Fresh Prawn Cocktail in a Brandy Marie Rose Sauce
A Traditional Roast Turkey (but not prepared the traditional way) with Delicious Chestnut Stuffing
and
A Succulent Roast Goose as a mouth-watering alternative
A selection of Seasonal Vegetables including
Braised Red Cabbage and roast potatoes
Hot Chocolate Fondant Pudding
(A delightful alternative to Christmas pudding.)
Detailed recipes will be provided for you to take home with you to help make your Christmas lunch a culinary masterpiece that will be a joy to cook.
